Wednesdays from September 24 to December 3
This opportunity to meditate will be based on Vipassana or breath focused meditation.
The evening will begin with a reading drawn from well respected Buddhist teachers followed by a 30 - 40 minute sitting session.
The session will support members of our congregation in incorporating meditation into their daily lives, leading to what Buddhists call "right living".
