Sacred Dance Circle (Fri. 30 Nov, 2012 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm)
“Come, come whoever you are!” We use music and gentle movement, (sometimes lively) to create sacred space in which to heal, to hope and have fun. We dance to music from around the world that doesn't require previous experience or a partner - each dance is taught just before we dance it!
Newcomers are always welcome. Come join us in Shaw Hall from 7:30 - 9:00 p.m.

Create a Soul Mandala (Sat. 1 Dec, 2012 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm)
Saturdays November 17th, 24th and December 1st from 1:30 - 5:00 pm, paint a transforming mandala, with help from sound, sharing of stories, movement and breath.
This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with the wisdom, love and light of your life and soul. Mandala artist and teacher Aloha Yvetta will lead you through the process in a gentle, intuitive way.
Minimum 3, max. 6 participants. Fee $45 per session or $125 for 3 sessions.
